Nicki worked with me on my fourth novel, Never Say Love, although we had worked together briefly on areas of a previous publication, Eternally Alex. I found Nicki to be thorough in her work and diligent, she also offered constructive feedback. Using the “track changes” facility in Word, Nicki identified typographic errors and made suggestions for improvement, the process being effective and quick to use. I have found Nicki to be approachable and easy to work with. She offers an honest opinion and a quick turnaround of work, keeping the author up to date with her progress at each step of the way.
